Ann Mason Care was founded in 2011 and offers personal, palliative, respite and live in care to individuals who would like to remain in their own homes and maintain their lifestyle where possible. Ann Mason Carers are highly trained and compassionate people who get to know their clients to ensure the care given is beneficial both physically and mentally.
Ann Mason Care operates in the East Anglia with their head office based in Holton St Mary, Suffolk. The brand is well known in the area with the majority of referrals due to word of mouth and recommendations.

How We Got Started
Ann Mason founded her home care business in 2011, following a career of over 30 years as a state registered nurse with the last four years providing specialised nursing care to patients within their own homes.

Our high quality standards
Each Ann Mason Carer has comprehensive background checks (DBS) and they are trained and continually assessed to equip them with the skills required and are supported by experienced supervisors to maintain our high quality standards.
Our office
Ann manages her experienced team from modern office premises which are open to visitors from 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday. An out of hours emergency call service operates should the need ever occur

Ann Mason
Owner
Ann qualified as a nurse and served as Captain in Queen Alexandra’s Royal Army Nursing Corps. Following an extensive career nursing both for the NHS and privately, Ann was passionate to set up her own home care company. Ann is actively involved with providing clinical advice to our clients, their families and our carers to ensure we are delivering the best service we can.
Fun Fact: Ann has completed many charity Marathons

Chris Mason
Director
Chris has owned his own companies since 1989 Using his experience for running successful companies and Ann’s experience in the care profession they launched Ann Mason Care. Chris manages business strategy and his currently launching a new company which will run alongside Ann Mason Care.
Fun Fact: Chris enjoys being out on the water whether that be fishing or sailing.

Alicia Singh
HR Manager
Alicia joined the company in July 2022. She graduated from the University of Port Elizabeth South Africa where she obtained a degree in Psychology, Honours Degree in Psychology and Honours Degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations.
Fun Fact: Alicia loves to paint in her free time. She has gone ziplining in Tsitsikamma Forest.

Rachel Mason
Business Tech Development
Rachel joined the family company in 2012. After graduating from university with a textiles degree she worked in the fashion industry for 9 years managing and developing websites. Taking a new direction she joined the care sector starting as a support worker and now is working within Tec development in the company and some exciting new projects.
Fun Fact: In 2016 Rachel sailed across the Atlantic in a 60ft clipper achieving one of her life goals.

Rebecca Davis
Lead Care-Coordinator
Becky has extensive experience in the care industry, spanning over a decade. Her journey began in 2012 when she worked in residential care homes and as a community carer. In 2019, she joined Ann Mason Care after relocating to Ipswich, having supported her husband in the Armed Forces for 22 years. Becky’s dedication and expertise led to her progression within the company, first as a senior carer and subsequently transitioning to her current role as lead care coordinator in 2023.
Fun Fact: Becky accomplished the remarkable feat of hiking Helvellynin the Lake District, which stands as the third highest mountain in England.
