Could you be a Carer? We are looking for carers to become part of our friendly family team delivering high quality personal care and domestic support to people in their own homes in the local community. This includes homecare assistants and live in carers.
We need motivated people with a caring nature, our carers come from different working backgrounds but all with the same passion to care for people. Our ethos is to provide the personal care to our service users in such a way that it helps them continue their independence whilst also maintaining their respect and dignity.

We will complete a careful interview to assess your suitability for becoming an Ann Mason carer. We require references and will carry out background DBS checks. Once successful we will provide the training and supervision support that reflects your experience to ensure we are confident you able to provide the standard of care that Ann Mason Care and our clients expect.

Ann Mason Care looked after both my parents for over six years – first my mother after her stroke and then my father after my mother’s death until his death. Throughout their time with us, the carers (including live in carers) treated my parents with kindness, dignity and humour becoming part of our family. On several occasions they even went the extra mile. We felt that our parents were in safe hands and we were always informed of any changes in their condition or any concerns the carers might have.
